About the Show
CattleCon 2024
CattleCon is where the beef industry meets! CattleCon 2024 takes place in Orlando, FL Wednesday January 31 - Friday February 2 at the Orange County Convention Center South Concourse. Join GSE, John Deere, AgriWebb, Cargill, and hundreds of others for 3 days of education, agtech expo, and industry networking.
Why we are going
David Chalona, Scott Walters, and Sarah Jones will be there to walk the floor, meet potential technology partners, meet potential customers, and talk to people about the GSatRancher, GSatSolar, and GSatTrack from our booth.
Cattlecon is an annual opportunity to spread the word about low cost and reliable satellite tracking for cattle, and all of the benefits that come with it. We have been attending CattleCon ever since we released GSatSolar in 2021, and it has become a favorite internally. We love talking to familiar faces, making new friends, and enjoying the one of a kind experience that CattleCon delivers.
GSE brings a lot to CattleCon as well. With the launch of the GSatSolar series back in 2021, GSE introduced affordable satellite based tracking to the beef industry, creating the first realistic opportunity to deliver calf to cut traceability.
Come See GSE
Booth 2511
This year, you can find us at booth 2511 (right by the front door) near Gallagher, the NCBA Welcome Area, and the Cowboy Concessions. If you're lucky, you might catch our social media manager, Sarah, for a one of a kind #CattleCon24 souvenir. Our booth with also offer opportunities to sign up for FREE GSatRancher units, participate in interviews, and make yourself famous.
Talk to us About
We invite you to come tell us about the things that you're trying to solve with technology. We would also love to hear about the things you're trying to solve with grit, hard work, and dirty hands, just in case we can help. CattleCon is our opportunity to learn about you, and we want to take full advantage of it.
We are also experts in helping people learn things about their own businesses by leveraging information that is already available to them. Sometimes the answers really are right under your nose, but you haven't had the tools to see them or hear them. GSE can make that happen, and we are excited to talk to you about the ways your ranch, your animals, and your equipment are trying to tell you things.
Finding Your Animals
There are lots of reasons to know where your animals are, and that's true no matter where they graze. If you use public lands, however, it's even more important to be able to find them when you need them. We can help you keep track of where they are, where they have been, and where they spend most of their time. We can help you know when they're sick, when they aren't moving, or when they are in the back of someone else's truck. We can also tell you when they're not where they are supposed to be as soon as they get there.
Bull Tracking
We've spoken to tons of people in the business, and a big part of their curiosity is tied to whether or not their bulls are doing the job (if you catch my drift). We have ways of putting eyes on the prize, and ways to help you track the activity of your moneymaker. If you're tracking more than just the bull, we can even tell you who's on the hit list... because we know who has been around who, and when. If you want more information about when the magic happens, where, and how often, come talk to us.
Farm Improvement Grant Money
We know a thing or two about helping our customers get started with GSatRancher, GSatSolar, and GSatTrack without having to come out of pocket. Every year, our federal government makes FREE MONEY available to anyone who wants to improve their farms or ranches with technology that they can't otherwise afford. We can walk you through getting that money for your business so that you can invest in technology and data tools that will change your daily routine and let you focus on what's important.
Tracking Towables
Rakes, mowers, tedders, and everything else you pull behind that big beautiful tractor of yours are really important to your success. Trailers you use to haul animals, feed, and other things on a daily basis are also pretty important. Those things can end up all over the place, and it's not always easy to remember where they are. Even worse, sometimes they have a way of disappearing because someone else needed one, and yours was happy to hitch themselves to another wagon. Beyond that, sometimes it's nice to know how much use you're getting out of them, but they don't have an odometer like your truck does. When are the tires due for a change again? We can help you keep track of how much they move, when things are due, and where they are.
